Children aged 0 to 4 are free, children aged 5 and over are considered as adults.
Reservation requests forwarded through these pages require confirmation from us before they can be considered effective. Once the procedure has been completed, you will receive an e-mail from us with confirmation of availability and the total amount and instructions for paying the advance.
Upon confirmation of the booking from us, an advance payment of 30% of the total cost is required.
For reservations of one night only, a prepayment of the full amount is required.
The accepted forms of payment are bank transfer, PayPal and SumUp.

In case you intend to cancel your reservation, please notify us by email within 7 (seven) days before the arrival date.
In the event of a no-show or delayed communication regarding the cancellation of the reservation, the amount corresponding to the first night’s stay will be withheld from the deposit paid by you to guarantee the reservation.
Check-in is from 13:00 to 22:00.
Check-in from 22.30 onwards costs 20.00 euros.
Check-out is before 10:00.
The structure has an agreement with a NCC company (car rental with driver) for any transfers and also for car rental.
